Mission
Responsible for analyzing, optimizing and continuously improving crew pairing strategies and methodologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational requirements and aviation regulations. The goal is to maximize crew productivity, operational robustness, crew satisfaction and cost effectiveness.
Tasks & responsibilities
· Design, build and optimize monthly crew pairings for flight and cabin crews.

· Analyze operational data and translate business requirements into meaningful metrics, KPIs and reporting tools.

· Develop short, medium and long-term crew pairing forecasts and identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.

· Monitor pairing performance and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency and operational outcomes.

· Conduct optimization studies, simulations and impact assessments for operational and system changes.

· Act as the Subject Matter Expert on crew pairing methodologies, optimization techniques and regulatory compliance.

· Collaborate with Crew Planning, Scheduling, Operations, Safety and IT teams to drive continuous improvements.

Academic background
· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics or a related field.

· English (B2+) and Spanish (C1+) proficiency.

Experience
· 1-2 years of experience in Aviation, preferably within an Operations Planning environment.

· Exposure to crew planning, workforce optimization, scheduling or operational analytics is highly valued.

Skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

· Knowledge of optimization software and methodologies.

· SQL and data analysis skills.

· Ability to work with large datasets and generate actionable insights.

· Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
