As part of the team, we are seeking a Contract Administrator/Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
· Support the Contract Manager in the administration of Superstructure and Precast packages.
· Prepare tender documentation and support procurement activities.
· Manage subcontract correspondence and contractual notices.
· Process progress claims, payment assessments, and cost reporting.
· Track variations, claims, and contract changes.
· Maintain contract registers and commercial records.
· Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and cost reporting.
· Support monthly reporting and project controls activities.
· Coordinate commercial matters with site and engineering teams.
Requirements:
· 3–8 years' experience in contract administration or quantity surveying.
· Experience in structural concrete, precast, or major construction packages.
· Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Excel and commercial reporting systems.
· Experience on large infrastructure or building projects.
· Good communication and organizational skills.
